This is an issue in just about every small town in North Dakota that has a grain elevator.

Sadly, it had to come this. So the board didn’t appreciate the letter. I guess they don’t like the fact that they might have to pull back a tish on providing an education and new cars (at high school grad and college grad), homes, and wedding funding for every one of their grandkids. What ever happened to people standing up and doing the right thing- instead of waiting until they are called on it.

The city should not issue any permits for construction until the dust collection system is operational and effective. Performance, not promises will clear the air.
