Grand Forks area refugees celebrate citizenship, local volunteers

Town Square Farmer’s Market hosted the fourth annual celebration of World Refugee Day today. Among the celebrants is Tulsi Kharel, 41, a refugee who fled Bhutan and has now become a citizen. “I am very happy to have these days; we meet refugees from all over the world and get to perform cultural activities,” he said. “I would like to do more and help keep the culture alive and meet different people.” Continue Reading

That’s the mistake. Diversity should be well-tolerated, but not encouraged.
What made America great was more about the “Melting Pot”, and less about “diversity”.
