Wow…I am extremely disappointed with this location. I assumed they were building to the east across the street. This site is used for overflow parking for the VFW Club. Where are they going to add more parking for an already crowded lot? I don’t go there but I’m smart enough to know this is a bad idea.
You do realize the post office is on this block? Are you going to obstruct the view from the alley so people have a difficult time pulling out of the alley back onto the street after mailing letters? I can’t believe the city okayed this. What a bunch of rubes. Don’t say it….I’m already writing my letter to complain.

It sounds like they’re making the first floor available for commercia spots. So maybe this will be a bit up scale with elevators and a basement parking lot for the tennants. Otherwis they’d have to knok something down to provide parking because with 39 units people wont be willing to hope they get back in time to find a limited space on the street
