I wonder if they’ll have any like on the show “Boardwalk Empire” Where the nut job FBI guy kept his agent under long enough to actually meet his maker….I think it put a damper on the rest of the batisms….You know…The floating dead guy and all…..

How charming you are! Perhaps you should come to Trinity Point and see for yourself – baptisms are NOT full body immersion. You only wade into the water as far as you like (not at all if you don’t) and water is simple scooped up from the lake and poured over the head of the person being baptized. The only thing different about this Sunday is an open invitation to ALL. Baptisms at Trinity Point happen nearly every weekend in the summer time!

You’d have to se the show…As I pointed out…The FBI guy was totally a nut job…..It was just the first thing I thought of when I ehard of this type of batism….Now if you want to really show me something…Do it in Jan…..

Tundra is nothing but charming. To me he is a God…not thee God…but a God. His comments don’t sound like sermons to me though. I think they are always worth reading.
Tundra doesn’t judge people. He likes me just the way I am. And he’s there when I need him…providing back up when others get out of line.
When he’s not around…I miss him and pray that he is safe on the road. He was my first good friend on this site and that is why he will always be special to me.
Welcome Home Tundra!

You might have missed the part where I sometimes get into it with right wing extremists so I’m not exactly non judgemental….But I am glad you consider me a friend here…..As for road safety…Hell…Lately I’ve been more plagued with mechanical problems then anything…I’ll be glad to get a few days off next week…I actually had to run my heater on high when it was in the 90′s so the truck wouldn’t over heat while driving through rush hour in the cities Fri…..Now that’s fun city…..

Oh, no! Another trucker! Can I be your friend too, O Great Beast?

Ok…..But I only have room for one more…..I’ll lose my “Hermit” status if I get too many friends……Something that seems to happen after many years of trucking….You just fall out of touch because you’re seldom around…….Hell getting on line and reading the Herald has actually worked wonders in keeping me connected with the area…..Not so much with people, but it’s nice to know what’s happening back there….
