State historical society seeks funds for courthouse repairs

Help may be on the way for the historic Stutsman County Courthouse.
Its owner, the State Historical Society of North Dakota, will ask the state’s Emergency Commission Tuesday for $60,000 in emergency historical funds to begin repairs on the interior of the 1883 building.

So the State Historical Society is supposed to bail out a Stutsman County problem? More of someone else’s money down a rat hole. How much of that building is even used?
Just another excuse to draw in outside money.
