The Huffington Post provided the best election night coverage (for those of us w/out cable/sat). The map not only shows the votes, but also which candidate won the county in 2010, just by letting the cursor hover over the county.
Look at the counties in the NE part of the state, the counties that would have benefitted from mining jobs. Gee, who’d a thunk jobs were more important to middle-income voters than whiney PEs having to pay their fair share of benefits? Oh wait, that wasn’t an election issue…rephrase: jobs more important than a kum-by-a governor.
