“Koeser said he’d be surprised if legislators would approve some type of rent control.”
This is kind of obvious when Rick Berg one of the owners of the largest rental management companies is ‘a favored son’ of the republican party in the State of North Dakota. There will never be rent controls in this state as long as he and his cronies weld any political power. Nor will they do anything about what is happening to people in the oil patch in regards to this issue.

All this reminds me about grand forks and it’s rapid move to grow south.. Not spending the money very well.. At that rate grand forks will soon be in Buxton.. It will take a few years.. Watch and see..
