Behind the scenes, when a business falls by the wayside, it leaves unemployed people in its wake. So Roxanne “Roxy” Ganyo Worden is one of a couple dozen employees who have been treading water since the Bronze Boot closed down in May. She had been a waitress there for 33 years. Well, for starters, there’s the Texas Roadhouse, which did steaks better than the Boot, and in a better dining atmosphere.
