Well this is nice! I hope the Heinrich’s are proud of themselves, first a quiet zone that no one wanted now a dog park! Maybe we should look at fixing some of our other community facilties before we make new ones such as the Hillcrest golf course. When you say you can golf on the prairie, that is an understatement. We as a city should be ashamed of the rag tag course that we offer. If you believe I’m wrong go look at other municpal corses such as the great facility in Carrington. They will host the girls class “B” tournament this summer. What do we get? exteremly poor greens with weeds growing in them, greens with holes in them and then they try to fix them with turf from the edges of the greens, fairways with as many weeds as grass and the ruff with so many white dandelions that you can’t tell your ball from a weed. Who is in charge? MARLIN Bertsch should be fired! Doug Hogan should be fired and John Ruff should be demoted!

Michael, don’t you dare say that nobody wanted the quiet zone. I wanted it and several people I know wanted it. Don’t blame a shoddy golf course on the quiet zone, even though I agree that the course needs better upkeep. Why don’t you play at the country club, though? Isn’t their course nicer?
