As I said a few weeks ago, he’s being fast tracked. He took the lead among the conservative bishops, speaking out. And now he gets his reward. He’ll be a cardinal in 3 years.

Of course you were right.. Why else would his bunk papers get so much attention. This guy is still living in the dark ages.

John Paul II got ticked with the American bishops because he thought they were too liberal and independent. He started replacing them with more conservative ones. Benedict has continued that policy.
