If Lake Region is a vocational school, he may be the most qualified, judging by his degrees. Problem is, there are always long term consquences with institutional incest, as UND found out under Clifford.

UND is still suffering from institutional incest.

He sounds supremely qualified. As for incest, nepotism, & the desire to keep it in the family: those are ND traits. It is not surprising they would be refle cited here.
Look at Altru: it has had the same senior management team since they were the Grand Forks Clinic.
Our Mayor has been around for 12 years & everyone thinks that is the main reason he should be given another term. Forget the fact his opponent is a trust fund baby building his resume for the Senate after Hoven’s two or three terms.
These & a hundred different examples hardly show a populace enamoured with progress or change

This isn’t Mr. Darling’s first stint as “acting” President. Unfortunately, an “expert” is someone who doesn’t work for you. So, once again more than likely they’ll hire some out of state person. Always a bridesmaid, never a bride.
Good luck though Doug.

Until he gets his inflated ego in check, he’ll continue to be a bridesmaid.
