Column – Hillary continues to be a trailblazer
May 10, 2012 at 7:00 pm in Alexandria Echo Press
It’s about time Hillary Clinton is receiving the widespread admiration she always deserved.
She is, once again, on the top of the list as the world’s most admired woman.
It’s a wonder she was able to endure all that baiting, hounding, heel-nipping and blind hatred aimed at her all through the 1990s when her husband was president. She not only endured it but bounced back to become an acclaimed U.S. senator and, currently, a brilliant secretary of state. Continue Reading

Are you serious, Sir? How about her support of a proposed United Nations law which would govern the possession and use of firearms in the United States? What is it about United States sovereignty that you fail to understand?
Silly me …. I always thought that sort of thing was governed by the United States Constitution – not some toothless international body that just takes our money.

Right on cue. The socialists and world government zealots are voting in favor of everything UNAmerican – just by voting against my post. Congratulations!

But, how can you be sure of that?
I doubt very much that members of any of the groups you mentioned even know about the Echo Press, or Area Voices, for that matter.
Most likely something personal.

Formal membership in any organization is not a requirement to believe in the principles or beliefs of those organizations. If someone ‘believes’ the United States should bow to the Will of the United Nations that person, in essence, is a one-world-government advocate. If someone ‘believes’ the government should control everything in the lives of individuals – sometimes even claiming that Jesus was a socialist – that person is a socialist.
I pointed out the nonsense of Secretary of State Clinton’s views on the United Nations control of gun ownership in the United States. She has no right to make agreements with the United Nations in direct opposition to the United States Constitution. President Obama has no such rights either.
If you want world government and socialism, get the heck out of our country! The people are the majority. The President, Congress and the Supreme Court work for US. We are not subservient to them.

Submission is not compromise. Making agreements which fly in the face of the Constitution violates the very nature of that document and tosses our God given freedoms in the dumpster of history.
The United Nations is a waste of time. Too many members favor the radical, non-democratic governments. Cowards submit to tyranny.

In a twelve graph column, which I had to read twice just to be sure, Dahlman mentions one concrete reason to heap praise upon Hillary Clinton–socialized medicine back in the 90′s, which was just as bad an idea then as it is now. The rest of it is pure bull-bleep.
You’re right, Dennis–she won’t run for president in 2016, because by that time we’ll be four years past the horror of the current socialist adminstration and I don’t think anyone will long for what would essentially be a return to the nightmare of far-left liberalism we’re experiencing now.
M. Ferguson–keep telling the truth. You’re spot on. Thanks for your posts. We can’t get this present administration out of office soon enough. What they’re doing now isn’t just stupid–it’s dangereous.
