Why should our tax dollars pay for anything related to this guy’s defense?
That is just wrong on so many levels.

I completely agree! I do think that this is common practice though. This man and his father murdered a family friend of mine in cold blood. I wish there was a way they could throw them in a hole and throw away the key. In my mind neither deserves to see the light of day! But they will get their day when they meet God!

You can’t tell me these 2 do not have assets to pay for their defenses. The old man shot someone in cold blood and the son did nothing to help the victim or even call for help. They left the victim laying there for 12 or more hours while they supposingly did their work, it doesn’t get any colder then that. Its time for the state and courts to get tough and go after his assets.
