where is DFLer Gov. Dayton when HE is needed. ? About 50% of the DFLers in the House voted yes, enough to over-ride, but the other 50% of the DFLers wanted nothing to do with the Bill. Had only DFLer Gov Dayton stood up to be counted with HIS people
