A few squeaky wheels show up and protest. The City Council caves in even though thousands of residents would benefit by saving gas and time to visit a WalMart.

And just think of all the missed opportunity for hundreds of wage slaves working for minumum wage with little or no benefits! Don’t worry though, I am sure Wal-Mart will muscle it’s way into a third Sioux Falls location somehow.
