The herald thinking of adding such important things like that instead of filler would be to much work. You can’t expect them to actually ask important questions and give us useful news. In other words I agree with you Gene. I can’t stand the way this newspaper writes their articles either.

Herald articles follow two paths: verbatim press releases and quotes held together by connective sentences. Both reveal the laziness of the stenographers who put them together. Thus you get puff pieces about the Alerus, UND, and all the others who, coincidentally, advertise in the Herald. I can’t recall the last time a “reporter” actually did any research going into a story, or asked a penetrating question.
