If he had gotten software to allow companies to fill out forms online that worked he wouldn’t need to do this. Spent over $10 million for nothing.
He’s paid a lot of overtime for years. So we end up paying people $50 an hour to do data entry work. He could contract it faster and cheaper but he never changes his budget just plods along doing the same things the same way and wasting money.
