You know since this state is rolling in the oil, and pocketing the oil profits.. How about you hire a few more people to help out.. There are even *gasp* temp agencies that I know that tax department uses during tax time that would be able to get you some qualified applicants.
Getting this type of paperwork is critical to businesses being able to operate and should not be part of the ‘financial cuts’ that are being requested by the governor.

Limited office hours isn’t a big deal to the people living in Bismarck, but if someone from Grand Forks is in Bismarck and needs to go to the Secretary of State’s Office, it’s really a big deal if that office is closed at that time.

what a load of crap. only a govt office would think this is OK. Mgmt might help people be more productive, leverage technology to shorten process, do one of a hundred things any other business needs to do every day to handle increasing demand. this guy has to go, it’s obvious he’s filled with the koolaid that drives bureaucratic thinking.
