$12,000 to conduct a “scientific” survey among 400 people? That works out to $30 a head. I’m assuming CG mails out an annual or bi-annual City Update or News brochure like SPP does to it’s residents. Why not slip a return postage paid post card in there with the following “Would you be in favor of paying an additional tax for City Parks upgrades and maintenance? Check box: YES NO MAYBE”? You could reach out to all 33,928 residents at about 35 cents each.
