Minnesota PCA board approves Voyageurs, BWCA haze rules

Complex rules aimed at reducing haze over Voyageurs National Park and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area were approved Tuesday by the citizen’s board of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
