I would like to add that Phantom Galleries Superior is the result of multiple PARTNERSHIPS: between SPACES (Superior Public Art Creating Community Environments) and Superior-BID, the property owners who generously donate their spaces, the artists who are inspired to push their work in new directions, the Wisconsin Arts Board, the Chamber of Commerce, downtown business owners, DSACF, the City of Superior, and YOU, the community. Thank you.
