“They took advantage of vulnerabilities in the Microsoft Windows operating system”
THERE’S a surprise. Microsoft should be at least partly financially responsible for the mess of “vulnerabilities” conveniently built-into the operating system.
A wonderful reason to ELIMINATE the Microsoft-lobbied wage-lowering immigrant visa program that provides cheap foreign labor to “engineer” the Microsoft family of computer programs.

What other operating system would they attack?
Apple? Wow, that would really show about 5% of the population.
Linux? The Hackers are the only ones running that OS.
People need to wisen up and realize that the reason all these nutjobs go after Microsoft is because 95% of the population uses it and 50% of them are dumb enough to click on anything and everything that pops up.
And btw, Microsoft never had lobbyists until the US Govt threatened them in federal court with anti-trusts lawsuits because Apple couldnt compete and no other company existed.
Microsoft would have never moved outside of the US had the Government not forced them to do so.
Believe it or not, the US Govt is to blame for the state of this nations buisness policies right now.

Yet another reason I’m glad I have used a Mac since 1986. Although, as more people se the light and move to Macs, we will start to get hot by these things as well.

Mac will never catch up to or surpass windows. Most gamers are on consoles these days, but the amount of pc gamers is still very high. Try getting most games on the Mac.
Don’t get me wrong, I have friends who have macs, and everyone has their preference. In my opinion, I don’t see microsoft falling anytime soon.
