Seriously? The reason Mayor Oberloh is so popular with the citizens of Worthington is his no nonsense approach to issues. He’s not afraid to call it like it is and use common sense even if it means stepping on a few toes. Maybe if the county commissioners used common sense they wouldn’t be in the mess they are in. Holding hands and singing Kumbyah doesn’t always get the job done.

I am sorry that you feel the way that you do. I also stand behind Oberloh and his letter. I think he spoke for many citizens of Worthington and Nobles County when he wrote his letter. The only difference between Mr. Oberloh and other citizens is that he is in the position to assist people in listening. I think we as a community are sick of our city council, county commissioners, and school board, being fully out of touch with what the people of Worthington and Nobles County truly need, believe, and deserve.
