WILLMAR Jacob Seth Cobb, 18, made his first appearance Tuesday in Kandiyohi County District Court on a misdemeanor fifth-degree assault charge for allegedly fighting with another inmate April 10 in the Kandiyohi County Jail.

Why are we holding a Stevens co murderer? The guy was suppose to be involved with his brothers in killing their mother and burying her in the back yard. I am sure other inmates are going to pick fights with the kid? Stevens co needs to take this guy back and house him there for his own safety!
