Now will they choose to send all Detroit/Chicago/Milwaukee/Gary refugees packing? Those are a far bigger drain & threat to Duluthians than a methadone clinic.

This is pretty confusing. The finding was that there was no need for a second methadone clinic in the area but…the Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment is going to partner with the county to open a second methadone clinic in Duluth?

Don’t get your hopes up quite yet. I don’t think this varment is dead yet. With the number of bleeding hearts in this city I think there is a very good chance that we will soon seen at least one more clinic. Duluth has proven itself to be a good dumping ground for all the problem people from the entire upper midwest.
