But sometimes they do spend like its their own money. School Board Judy referred to some costs as “just a few lattes a month”. Thats her world. Never mind the 33% working poor in Duluth. Never mind that the median wage is lower in Duluth than the state. They get into positions of power and push through their wants, not what is good and necessary for the whole.
