This is sad as it represents the loss of another public venue. Where does one get a sense of community from yet another chainstore like a Walgreens? And not all of us want to sit on a bar stool watching TV or trying to shout over the jukebox. You can go to a restaurant, but if you aren’t buying then you can’t stay. Heck, they’ve made laws against “loitering” now…you can’t just “be” anymore.

It IS sad, I spent my childhood there watching my dad and other family members bowl every week. (PS the picture of Mark is my dad). =)
