Moorhead Police force benefitting from volunteer officers

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) – If you’ve gotten a parking ticket in Moorhead, you know their work – not police, but volunteers. Volunteer cops have passed out more than a million dollars’ worth of parking tickets, saving the city thousands of dollars. They should fire Police Chief Ebinger and replace him with a volunteer. The volunteer would do a better job. Im sure a 78 year old volunteer would not push for stupid laws like banning pelet guns and smoke shops nor would they steal 12k from a waitress tip
