Like I said.
This bozo has absolutely no intention of paying dime one for his defense.
The contempt of court thing has been way past due. It’s obvious he knows he is guilty as sin, and is just playing the system for as long as he can!
Go ahead and let him ‘defend’ himself..

And I find myself wondering about just why this has taken so darn long?
Hot debate. What do you think?

Could it be because there’s something really messed up with the judicial system?

I’ll bet the family is wondering the same thing! When will they see justice?

BAC not even contempt of court will do anything simply because the guy is already in jail and knows whatever time he gets is pretty much a death sentence because he is 80ys old. This guy is going to buck the system and maybe its time to take then next step? What are they going to do, drag this on for the next 5yrs? Give the guy a public defender then let restituiton and a civil lawsuit go after his money or land. Now he may have transfered any assets to someone else within the family, but I believe the state law states it has to be over 5yrs. Hey maybe there is something else going on, and maybe I am wrong?

I find myself wondering if that county doesn’t have the “pay to stay” thing in effect for criminals? Or, is that just something that applies to the convicted? I’d love to know that they’re charging this guy $30 a day for room and board!

My only comment on the topic is let the system work. You of the lynch mob mentality should just focus your hate filled posts on the Zimmerman topic.

Please point out where I said anything political in relation to the topic bac. However I did mention that so many here do have a lynch mob mentality and appear to be eager to prevent anyone they don’t like or disagree with their rights.
This man is entitled to due process and, since he is in jail, is not a threat to the public. Since I have no emotional connection to this issue it appears that I am the only one who can think clearly.

Due process?
This guy has promised to get representation, how many times? And he still doesn’t have any.
It’s been reported on these pages, that he’s tried to transferr his holdings to family, just so he can get state-paid representation, but it was way late for that. How he’s avoided contempt of court charges is beyond me.
And the middle-aged son tried the ‘insanity’ thing, and was found good to be tried.
Nope, ain’t buying that.
