Re-balance your life later.
You can teach, sing, and play the piano in your 30′s, 40′s, etc., but you can have the best shot at the Olympics now. I was in your position and do not regret the required intensity and focus I had when I was your age. Go for it now, so you do not have any regrets.

I agree with Steve, you are already balance, something that time won’t take away, but age will catch you wondering, ‘could have I done better on the track if I have focussed?’
