Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum’s plan to use state conventions pull support from Mitt Romney has stalled in North Dakota, where Romney has the largest group of backers among the state’s national convention delegates. Continue Reading

I’m betting that somehow Rove is behind it one way or other….He know that with Romney they can do some razzle dazzle commercials that will fool some independants, but with Santorum there’s nio chance because like the Newt…..Every time he opens his mouth he basically just switches feet because he just can’t control himself from blurting out the nonsense in his head…..

If I were a conservative Republican, (which I am not, not even close), I would be livid about getting screwed over during the convention. What is it about Republicans wanting the people to be heard, liberty to be proclaimed, and the constitution to be followed, except when they are shutting down debate, turning off microphones so people can’t speak, and using back room tactics to jigger the delegate makeup in the favor of the one candidate who got the least amount of votes from the people? What I like about the Democrats is that they operate democratically. When it’s time to chose delegates to go to national conventions, they actually have open casting auditions where all comers are welcome to state why they should go and then there is a vote that is adhered to. The Republicans? Not so much democracy. It’s back room politics all the way. Sad, sad, sad.
