Pesticide, EPA faulted in bee die-off

Beekeepers and several environmental groups argue in an emergency petition filed with the EPA that the agency failed to require some legally mandated field testing before the pesticide was approved in 2003. New research, including two studies published last week in the journal Science, raises serious questions about its effect on pollinators of all kinds, they maintain. Continue Reading

I thought chemical spraying over cities was illegal, but on many days I see planes in the skies right over our city doing spraying of some kind. Research has found that it is done for the “benefit of genetically modified seeds”. For some reason there is a need to “block the sun” for a little while – somehow it helps the growth of those seeds. I guess petitions need to be started that request city and state officials to uphold laws banning the spraying that is currently happening on a very regular basis.

This is very interesting. It made me recall all the Butterflies that died after spraying last summer. And the studies done on the decreasing populations of frogs and many born with abnormalities.
I wonder if any honey has been tested for residual affects? I hope it’s pesticide free for the Keepers sake…and ours…I love Honey!
We have been eating mostly organics for a long time trying to avoid GMO’s and added hormones and antibiotics. Also drinking RO water to try and avoid some of the pollutants. I feel like what “the EXPERTS” say that the chemicals we are all exposed to are minute and shouldn’t have an affect on humans…but what about all the minute amounts of chemicals from all the different sources added together???? At some point won’t they add up in our bodies like they do in soil????
Where does it end? If chemicals buildup in soils and travel through the air, they have to be carried onto nearby & possibly organic fields…also into Rivers, Lakes & Streams that are used for our water supplies and fishing.
These studies on Bees needs to be stepped up…I agree 2018 is too far off for Bees and Humans. This is all very concerning.
