Farmington man charged with attempted sexual assault of a teen

A Farmington man with a history of mental illness has admitted to trying to have sex with a 14-year-old girl.
Isaac Brooks, 32, is being held at Dakota County Jail on three charges of attempted criminal sexual conduct for attacking the girl late Monday afternoon. Brooks has a significant relationship with the girl. Continue Reading
