What the???? First off…Who knew this wasn’t already the way things were done? Secondly….The father never let her know? I don’t care how bad the relationship is between the parents this is one of those “Must Tell” situations. Unbelievable that they needed to draft a special bill for something that seems to be just common sense…..Well I guess it’s one of those better late than never situations…
