I for one would like to see administration in the school district EARN a raise. It boggles the mind when the school board has to form a committee to figure out the problems with athletics, everyone in town knows what the problems are!!!! Also maybe they should explain WHY this district does not have a strategic plan??? If we as tax payers are expected to give raises every year I think administration needs to EARN them!!!

You should know Jim. Our athletic director !!!! I believe some of the resposibilites are the hiring of new coaching staff, but also working with coaching staff to ensure their continued satisfaction when it comes to their jobs. A sports director may be responsible for reprimanding coaching and administrative staff should the need arise. We dont need a committee for that. We need a athletic director that grabs the bull by the horn and gets a job done.
