By the opponents’ logic, we should ban drinking at the golf course where Sedlmeier admitted drinking before the accident. Otherwise, this is just a move by Torberson to exploit the tragic death of a young girl in order to further a Puritanical agenda that no one in Mitchell needs. If church leaders want to affect commerce, their congregations should start paying taxes.
