wow, this guy hasn’t done much in research then….perhaps he should look at the China- Cornell-Oxford project. A 20 YEAR study in China that DID show a direct link between diet and cancers. His 1200 population study is not enought people and didn’t even state the length of time of the study. One really has to wonder what a professor at ANIMAL STUDIES is doing speaking about human health and diet. Conflict of interest perhaps…but really dangerous taking advice from someone not in the medical or nutritional field.
