A new proposal to place a hard cap on farm payments to individual farmers has the strong endorsement of the president of one of North Dakota’s two largest farm groups. Okay…that’s a start. But what about the large corporations such as big oil and gas?

There should have been a limit on this program years ago. I blame the carpet-baggers and the scalawags (lobbyists and special interest groups) for this. They care only about the bigwigs who bribe them to do their dirty work keeping their hands clean.
