Bad idea! Why just try to break even? The bar has been set pretty low. The company I work for tried the “incubator” thing and it fell flat on its face. Nothing ever came of it except more headaches and wasted time and money. Sounds like the city is going right down the same path of ineptitude.

They seem to want to pick and choose what types of business come to town. Indicative of the national trend. Without a good Industrial/manufacturing base, we’ll go nowhere. This country needs to start making things again.
