Elton John and his band did a great job. The same thing cannot be said for the REA. The sound quality at this concert was some of the worst I’ve ever heard. It’s too bad that we get such a great act and cannot provide a terrific venue. I’ll not be going to the Ralph for a concert again.

I thought the sound was OK–not good, just OK–for a hockey arena. Where where you sitting Dan? We were about at center ice on the floor. I would imagine if someone were up to the sides away from the directed speakers it would not sound great.
Of all the sounds in the mix, I thought Davey’s guitar was most washed out. Rarely was that clear and distinct, even on some of the classic guitar parts that you would expect to have brought up front and center, like “saturday night”
