Lake associations sue DNR for not stopping lake invaders

Representatives of three western Twin Cities lakes Lotus, Bavaria and Christmas have filed a lawsuit against the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.

What was the DNR supposed to do? Build giant domes around the lakes so nothing could get in?

Yeah, just wave their magic wand or click their heels together three times, and everything will go away.
Right.
The only way I could see to fix this would be to dump poison in every lake in the state, sterilize them, and start over from scratch.
Somehow, I doubt the DNR, or anyone else, could manage that at this time.

They will end up getting something for it. People who sue win all the time. Wonder what I can come up with so I can come across a few bucks. Some people should be ashamed at themselves.
