First they take the system off line for months to put in a new system – which is UNHEARD OF in the real world….they they get overwhelmed (surprise – surprise) and the system crashes, so they again go offline for a month or so. (Again UNHEARED OF) Who is accountable for this fiasco??? If this were run like it should be there would be several people out looking for jobs. (Remember a few months ago Target.Com had a problem and the President was fired within a couple days.)
Our legislators seem a bit silent on the issue?????
