MORRIS Jacob Seth Cobb, 17, appeared in Stevens County District Court for an omnibus hearing Tuesday, where he pled not guilty to two counts of second-degree murder in the 2010 death of his mother, 50-year-old Tamara Lee Mason.

Boy how does a son kill his mom and the other two brothers help him dispose of her body? According to the story this kid was still a juvenile and the other two boys must have been of legal age? This is sad and unbelievable but I guess we will see what played out at the trial?
