What was a 16 year old girl doing with 5 very young people in her car! Isn’t there a law that for one year after getting your license you can only have 1 passenger? I can see how she probably got distracted with a bunch of children in the car!!

I’m the “mean” mom who enforces the 1 passenger law – you can’t believe the parents (normally wonderful people) who disregard it. Maybe this will catch their attention.

Mn Current law is for 6 months after obtaining Provisional LIcense at 16, is one passenger under 21, next six months is 3 under 21 but can be more if immediate siblings only.

Too many parents trying to be their kids friends and let their kids do whatever they want even if they are breaking the law. Thankfully no one was killed.

There aren’t enough seat belts in that car for five passengers AND a driver. Those passengers were awefully young to be travelling around unbuckled (and at least one of them was… if you count people vs. seat belts). Thank goodness no one was seriously hurt!!
