This is pure CRONYISM at the county level. There is a total lack of trust in St. Louis County property tax assessment process and it needs to be overhauled.
St. Louis County has a 20 year history of properties under assessed, not assessed, and fraud.
The inequitable taxation has been ignored by longtime county commissioners.
Where’s the accountability?
Who is paying the price for this fraud other than select property owners?
