Ho-hum. So boring. I didn’t even go. I already know that I’m going to vote out the incumbents. Yours truly, The Citizens of Hudson School District.

Thanks for reporting on this forum and providing the link to the video for those who could not attend in person.
One of the candidates, Sandy Gehrke, noted that her qualifications included service on an ethics board for realtors.
But Ms. Gehrke did not mention that in 2003 she was the subject of an ethical disciplinary action for her self-dealing as a realtor, for which she was fined $6,000, ordered to take a Business Ethics course, and had her realtor’s license suspended for 30 days, as a result of complaints about her behavior in two real estate transactions in which she participated in 1999 and 2000 (see the complaints and disciplinary findings at http://online.drl.wi.gov/decisions/2003/ls0303073reb-00075873.pdf).
In brief, Ms. Gehrke’s 2003 ethical disciplinary proceeding found that she had committed six violations of Wisconsin Statutes and Administrative Code that require realtors to exercise duties of honesty, fairness, good faith, loyalty, and full disclosure, as well as abstain from misrepresentation and unfair self-dealing, all of which requirements are for the purpose of protecting the public from fraud, misrepresentation, and unethical practices.
Ms. Gehrke may be expected to claim that she has since “reformed.”
It is at least fair to ask Ms. Gehrke, in a public forum, to share with us what lessons she has learned, and how she has corrected her character, in the time since she was the subject of professional discipline because she violated state laws against public fraud, misrepresentation, and unethical practices. And it is at least fair to provide the public with a link to the disciplinary ruling, for full and accurate information.

Oh stop with your garbage on Sandy. This school board is a bunch of bobble heads. They would be o luck to have Sandy on. At least she does her own research. All the other 5 candidates are perfect right? In other words if you are not a democrat I intend to slander your name in these blogs. So typical. And so sad.
GO SANDY!!! SHE IS THE LAST ONE ON THE BALLOT!! VOTE FOR SANDY !!

Why is it these people who support the status quo are so afraid of someone getting on the board who might ask some hard questions? Are you afraid of having to justify some of the stupid things this administration does?
