Letter: Commissioners letting Ruppert have his way

I’m going to do something I said I’d never do, but I think it’s time that I say something about this topic publicly. How many more letters and articles will it take for the commissioners to get a clue. The county is falling apart and it is directly a result of one persons actions. Why do they continue to allow this and not realize how disappointed and downright MAD the constituents of Nobles County are!! It is PRETTY obvious that this is not a case of a single person with an axe to grind. You are seeing a pattern and it is not a pattern of disgruntled employees with an axe to grind. It is a pattern of poor leadership that is taking this county down a road that they will have a very hard time returning from. The damage to the county’s ability to work with others-both within the county and with outside counties is significant and it is going to take a very long time to repair that damage. Remember all of this at election time. It is time to find NEW COMMISSIONERS that are willing to do what it right for the citizens of Nobles County and NOT what is right for Mel Ruppert.
