One must understand that Andy Peterson is heavily motivated by the fact that he is, first of all, aggressively opposed to any initiated measure. Period. Since special interests, such as the one he represents, receive subsidies from the state government without state-mandated services being funded first, M2 threatens the gravy-train. Follow the money.
