This is an easy one. All she has to do is rent an apartment within the district, and make it her residence. If she looses, she moves back to St. Mary`s Point. If not and she wins, the apartment is legal residency, and she can still go back to the place on the river whenever she wants. Works real well. Just ask Chip Cravvaak, or any of them….they all do it.
