Spring enrollment at North Dakota’s 11 public universities and colleges keeps growing, hitting another record this semester at 45,280 students. Record enrollment? Damned shame. There’s far too many students in college as is.
Too many aren’t mature enough, too many are there only because someone else is paying the bills.
Best solution is to remove the lowest-performing 30% so they aren’t saddled with massive debt without anything constructive to show for it.
